A BL doujinshi creator in the Kansai region.
She was active in the 90's, contemporary with Marino Satoh. They both had their BL doujinshi series published by Hit Comics, up until then a publisher of straight and for-men-lesbian porn comics. Some of these BL printings were under the imprint Seraphim Comics, but others randomly weren't.

Anyway, Belne is now the professor of manga at Kaisei University, in Niigata Prefecture. She also has a column in Kansai Tia's Magazine, which functions as the "ticket" to Kansai Comitia events, held twice a year in either Osaka or Kyoto.
One of her published series was about a long-haired prettyboy who lives in London and bangs hot visitors, the postman, the electrician and so on. Preferably two or three of them at once.

Her current series, published as a doujinshi (she had a big table at Kansai Comitia 71) is called London Satisfy Day (only with a lot of superflous punctuation). This one is about a long-haired prettyboy who lives in London and ...has visitors. Also he has lots of cats.
